      Pros

      Great environment to work. Leadership cares about the people, culture, and business. The challenges here are for people who thrive in an environment who love to overcome obstacles and think through hard problems. The employees are great, helpful, and open to changes.

      Cons

      Remote culture is awesome and done really well here. I wish the in person culture would pick up a bit to catch up to the fantastic remote culture.

      Like all small companies that are growing, communicating strategy and aligning goals to achieve objectives can be challenging. With growth comes some discomfort but the leadership is honest and open to employees.
