- Some people in management were straight up mean - Pay for this role comparative to responsibilities was poor

Great atmosphere and workplace culture. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Cons

The salary offered is lower than the industry average. Partly due to being located in Victoria.

Great company and exciting growth over the last few years. An entrepreneurial spirit is highly valued, and expected. It's the perfect place to expand one's skill set and make an impact, with other fun and motivated people.

Cons

There is always room for more communication and snacks.
