Thank you for the feedback. We are glad to hear your positive impressions of our collaborative team-oriented environment, especially during a year when COVID has kept us from being in the office together! We are sorry to hear your concerns about your work assignments and the priorities of the management team, and would welcome the opportunity to learn more about your specific experiences in both regards so that we can effectively address them. In terms of career and professional development, we are continuing to expand and enhance the career progression and professional development opportunities for employees as the company continues to grow, and will work on better communicating these available opportunities to the team. We encourage you to reach out to HR or a member of the leadership team to provide further feedback. Thank you for being a valued member of the Red Five team!

Pros

The company employees a wide range of talented individuals with former ties to numerous government agencies, all branches of the military and other security fields and companies so its a great place to network. Depending on your position, pay can be decent at the start.

Cons

The company sounds promising when you have your interview and you hear about its talent pool; however, you will quickly learn that the company fails time and time again to use that talent properly. Senior leadership in the company is stuck in their old ways and do not listen well to other opinions or ideas from their "talented" team, despite always boasting about their talented team as a marketing ploy. Pay might seem decent and promising when you first start; however, you need an act of god to receive a pay raise or spot bonus, even when promised one. Senior leadership fails to complete yearly job performance reviews, job descriptions and other simple task. I worked there for many years and never had a review or official job description, Yet I was expected to know exactly what they wanted from me. They do not care about your personal life/family, despite making seem that way. PTO time is very low compared to competitors in the area and they have no sick time off. Senior leadership can act bipolar at times.
