* Well diversified group both in related and unrelated terms. * high growth prospective for an experienced individual. * employee churn ratio is very less. * a lot of potential in the company to grow in the near future.

Cons

* There is NO Job description defined here for any profile. * Lack of professionalism among the employees. * No employee values. * Worst pay scale in the industry. * Weighing the balls is the success mantra over here. * Some of the higher officials are not much educated. * Passing the Parcel is the game here as no one wants to take the responsibility of any work. * Interdepartmental conflicts are very high. * No defined eligibility for any designation. * HR department one of the most lethargic department as you have to remind them of their own duties. * and the list goes on.
