Very disorganized leadership. While I was there, they missed payroll for 6 weeks and then furloughed nearly everybody. As of this writing, back pay has not been forthcoming. When payroll is actually running, the pay is not great. Poor business outlook.

Rewarding and challenging moments. I've had the chance to grow technically, work with talented colleagues, and contribute to meaningful projects

Cons

There is no trust left here. After dedicating years to Rosalind, I’ve come to realize that the more you look into how things are handled, the more incompetence and negligence you start to uncover. Financial instability, non existing payments, and a lack of transparency from leadership have eroded the foundations that made this a place worth working.
