      Pros

      Good vision for the product if it can be executed. Not a bad place to get experience.

      Cons

      Culture shifting to be more corporate. Clear favoritism and bias based on who you are related to or who you previously worked with. You can’t trust anyone there, lots of backstabbing and a culture of fear.
