* People are good at their jobs.
Current CEO Dale has clear vision on RF Codes future and has built a strong management team to execute with. Monthly company updates track progress across all teams and so everyone has a really good idea on the state of the company.
Cons
Instinct to run and develop solutions before reasonable commitment, although this was largely corrected (and addressed) with new management team.
