**Overall Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** My experience with this company was disappointing from the interview process through my employment. The first red flag came during the interview. I arrived at the interview location on time, following the schedule provided by HR. After waiting for over an hour, no one contacted me or acknowledged my arrival. During that time, I sent text messages and made phone calls to the HR contact, but received no response. It was only after I filed a complaint that a second interview was arranged. The onboarding process was also frustrating. I clearly stated my available start date in writing via email, yet HR repeatedly pressured me to start earlier, despite already having my availability in writing. The biggest concern, however, was workplace safety. While working, I suffered a cut on my arm that was bleeding. I went to the Help Desk seeking first aid, but the staff initially seemed more interested in sending me away than helping. Only after I insisted did someone reluctantly look for a first aid kit. There was no first aid kit available on the production floor where I was working, and I did not see any signs indicating where one could be found. This created unnecessary delays in receiving basic first aid. The first aid kit that was eventually used was located in an office, and based on my interaction, the staff assisting me did not appear to know where the nearest first aid kit was located. After providing disinfectant and supplies, no one checked whether the bleeding had stopped or whether I needed further assistance. Instead, the focus seemed to be on treating the wound as quickly as possible and asking me to leave. I had to bandage my own wound. Afterward, I asked if I could return to my workstation to rest briefly, but without even asking where my workstation was, I was told that I was not allowed to remain in any office area and was instructed to go outside the building instead. I also took photos of the production area because I could not find any visible signs indicating the location of a first aid kit. In a manufacturing environment, first aid supplies should be clearly marked and easily accessible. Employees should not have to search for emergency supplies or experience delays when they are injured. Based on my experience, I found the communication to be poor, the onboarding process disorganized, and the company's response to a workplace injury deeply concerning. I hope the company improves its communication, respects employees' stated availability, and, most importantly, strengthens its workplace safety procedures, first-aid accessibility, and employee care.
