      Pros

      Love the mix of people and backgrounds, and excellent folks working here, who want to work in a 100% remote company. A great product and market to work in, adding something positive to the world!

      Pros

      Qualio is a very professional company, the talent is outstanding and teams work very closely. Communication platforms prevent silos and knowledge is shared very quickly in a fast past environment where customer is key.

      Cons

      No cons apart from personally having to learn to step away from PC to exercise. This is an issue with remote work in general and for office workers since covid where face to face meetings are replaced by Zoom.
