      - Great cultural diversity - Good learning opportunities to polish your skills.

      Cons

      - No appreciation for hard work - No raise in salary, appraisal is a joke as it is as low as 1 %. - No growth, promotions even after working hard to since very first day.

      - Lot of responsibilities / challenges from day 1 - Multicultural and friendly teams - Flexibility - Nice offices in HK

      Cons

      - Too business oriented and not people oriented: no consideration given to employee's requests / working environment improvement / work-life balance (depending on the teams) - Low salary and poor annual review - Sometimes complex / long process
