Pros

The people. Worked with some truly talented and hardworking people here.

Cons

Unfortunately the majority of the talented and hardworking people mentioned above were not in the right cliques so were overlooked for the random pay rises and promotions that were dished out on a regular basis to the favourites, or they left the company after being publicly humiliated for minor reasons one too many times, or they got fed up with taking more and more work on as people left and were not replaced, or maybe they were just on the receiving end of abuse from one particular senior manager under the influence on a company night out, a well witnessed and regular occurrence that makes a mockery of the corporate response to the review further down that references the toxic and destructive pub culture that is very much led from the top down. Other cons are: Outdated, clunky software masquerading as market leading. Staff being positively encouraged to bend the truth about poor system stability to clients and prospects. Senior management hell bent on furthering their own career development and earnings to the detriment of the company. One member of senior management with a list of colleagues they want to get rid of and no qualms about discussing this after work over a few drinks (it's one thing to know you're not one of the favourites but quite another to come to work on a Monday to find out that you were one of the topics of conversation on Friday night instigated by someone very high up that you've never worked with) Mice, yes, mice in the office. A couple of snakes in the office are a permanent fixture but a well established colony of mice running across your feet shouldn't be.

Pros

I left Pure360 to go traveling. I then worked in London on my return for another ESP.. After being in the other role for 6m I decided to move back to Brighton and the first and last place I want to work was Pure360. Since I have been back I have had a great time here and have already progressed to a new role (based on merit only). I'm a little surprised at the other reviews and my only thinking c an be that they weren't good at their Job and are bitter at being let go. There is a wealth of opportunity and I have seen people move from Sales to account management and even down to sys opps so even if you aren't doing well there is still great opportunity to move within to a role that suits better.

Cons

I would rather a 3 day weekend and shorter working hours but we don't always get what we want..
