      Beware instability likely

      Pros

      Work from Home is appealing and saves on travel. Some really lovely people working there.

      Cons

      This review a warning to those who perhaps financially and emotionally can't risk life instability of ending up unemployed. Turnover is extremely high and the scoreboard system means it is extremely easy for them to fire anyone even after probation. It also means there is alot of pressure and any work life balance is purely lip service. Don't leave a good secure role to work here long service is 2years, most don't get through probation. There are no office supplies, supplied IT and also no IT support so something else to consider.
