      Do it right the first time. Don't know then ask attitude. Open door policy. Great health care and vacation opportunity. Major holidays off with pay Coffee and Gatorade On the job training opportunities. Long jevity career opportunities High Standards with goals set by CEO

      Communication can be skewed with in the 30 acre property. Growing pains within expansion. Career paths are unknown.

      Good co-workers, Really enjoyed the people I worked with. Spent most of the day talking about drama of this family owned business.

      Cons

      Management {the ones in the family} very condescending talked to you as if they you were less than and would let you know Papa was the owner. Little chance for advancement unless you were a prospective future family member

      If you take off you are fired supervisors or lead men have no respect for employees not guaranteed if you get hired on permanent no raises after 90 days after one year do not care about employees safety or health
