I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Protect Controls (Conroe, TX) in May 2015
Interview
The interview was basic. I spoke with the head of the HR department for ten minutes or so and ran through my resume with her. She then had the Sales Operations Manager and Vice President of Sales Operations come in and speak with me. I could tell right off the bat that neither had a formal education and wasn't very fond of their condescending attitude. After that, the HR manager had told me what the job paid and that it included a salary and quarterly bonuses but that she would try to get me commissions. I was still in the car ride home when she had called and offered me the job.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Protect Controls (Conroe, TX) in May 2013
Interview
Interview on two occasions and after the 2nd interview I was hired. Process was very comfortable and people were very friendly. There were two different people that I had to interview with but overall it was a good experience
