Leadership that seems to think being a leader is sowing discord Management that thinks micromanaging people is the only way to manage Absolutely no effort put into making the employees life's easier, If screwing you over helps them out they will do it without a second thought. Was hired under the pretense that it was a full time job where I could expect a full 40 hours every week, Averaged less that 30 Hours a week the whole season. Tedious Job that gets old fast and a lot of guests that are unpleasant to interact with,
