No bonus to say and is not doled out equitably, no options, expected to work at least 45 hours a week or you are punished, lousy IT department because of bad mouthing every single employee, favorites get to work from while others are not given any choice, no privacy as certain executives looks to see who is in HR office all the time and then try to find out what was discussed. Typical family run business. No growth or mentoring as there is no experience at the senior management level to do so. Certain executive managers are control freaks and use their position to bully, micro manage and exact revenge on those who dare challenge them to improve the work environment

Rigid management structure, difficult to express options contrary to options of those in director level, puts clients first which necessarily means employees needs don’t come first, expected to consistently bill a lot of hours, several skilled colleagues have left recently, turnover may be high for a small company, lots of pressure to donate to charitable causes.
