      Pros

      Pros: family feel workplace. Everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful. Small business where bosses make you feel extremely appreciated and respect your needs as an individual.

      Cons

      None from what I experienced. Most people that work here- work here until retirement because it is so enjoyable.

      Pros

      Small company, everyone is personable and everyone shares the workload. This isn't a company of "not my job". It's a great dynamic. I love how our hours can be flexible, they do not adhere to a rigid 9-5 schedule.

      Need more employees to share the work load.

      As an employee, I can confidently say this company treats all of us very well. We have a casual, yet professional work environment where everyone is treated is family. It is a pleasure to work for a company that has so many long lasting client relationships. There is nothing better than working for a company you are proud of!

      None. Most people that work here stay until retirement because it is such a pleasure to work here.
