      Pros

      Friendship and even teamsmanship is rare in this company but when you do find it, it's a fun work environment for everyone.

      Cons

      Runs on gossip like a high school. Mostly men in places of any power, most are misogynists. Raises and bonuses are maybe given only if you ask; never to reward you.
