Pros

Extra days off, good pension scheme

Cons

People making decisions that do not care to understand the product they are dealing with. Those people than put other incapable yes sayers into middle management that not only take credit from others but also put processes in place which will distroy years of building partnerships and pipeline. Redundancy package is only as per legal requirement and a literally slap in the face. Everything is being outsourced to India and Sofia no matter of loss of language or skill capability. As per other reviews this company does only grow by acquiering companies. Products are being milked until dry and on to next to the one.

Pros

I worked for a company called Kemp Technologies for 3 years before being acquired by Progress in 2022. The pros were the people that remained from Kemp and I was given slightly more responsibility.

Cons

My pay was barely increased in my time. The upper management was shocking and I would call it toxic at times. My job was outsourced to a cheaper market and my departure from the company was handled very poorly
