Advice from an Experienced 18 year car hauler who has only worked for two Companies

My Mother always told me if you cant say something nice, dont say anything at all!

Cons

Proficient is stock piling cars at their terminal and at least two other yards. They pay 10 dollars a car. Since they started this two months ago, Paycheck is down at least a third! We are down to 85 drivers from 150! Back in 1996, this would be considered great money, unfortunetly, today it does not pay the bills! Ive had two forced vacations this year burn up before march because of Truck Maintenance problems! It would be nice to have a planned Vacation!

Laid back office personal, good home time.

Cons

No load or unload pay.3 drops till paid 10.00 , have to watch paycheck to make sure they pay you right.will not show breakdown of loads to explain your pay percentage.very paranoid about their drivers trying to rip them off.high turnover rate.great place to work if you don't know better!plus they will charge you the service call if ya run out of fuel.

Flexible with hours and they offer good benefits. But it's not worth the environment you have to work in.

Cons

They believe it is okay for the bosses to sleep with the employees.
