1moHi Tim, thanks for your review, Interesting - but not entirely factual. Firstly, whilst it hasn't been our greatest year, as with the vast majority of companies in our industry, There have been an awful lot of headwinds over the past 12 months that go a long way to explaining that. Secondly, we have lots of great people in this business who have understood that, knuckled down and produced incredible results. You weren't one of them, having billed less than your day rate over the previous 18 months (which I'm sure you haven't told your new employer). Interestingly, our best two months of the year have been since you left which I'm sure is a coincidence, but it feels quite symbolic. Finally, thank you for your "strategic" advice, I'll be sure to take it all on board. I wish you well Tim.
