      They overwork people have one person doing the job of 5 people. Overall some people are nice some are not the company is small and needs to grow hr is also a rockie.

      Work life balance. Forklift operations.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management. Random layoffs. No performance reviews. No raise. Decent benefits. HR is in Canada and Texas and has little knowledge to California laws. Lack of integrity. They used 3 different WMS systems within 1 year.
