      Some wonderful individuals and exceptionally talented engineers

      Cons

      Negativity, unrealistic deadlines, a culture of blame, often selling phantomware and expected to deliver features that take months in weeks. Salary was often paid several days late due to someone travelling

      Pros

      -Good place to learn and grow -Very smart and friendly colleagues and managers. You learn a lot from them. -The company is very customer driven and that might put some pressure on employees specially during release period. However, I think this is an opportunity to learn how to deal with stressful situation and keeping customers happy.

      Cons

      - Compensation package is not competitive. -Some big technical debt in product. Mainly due to lack of proper decision making. -Old style approach in management and technical decision making
