      Trustworthiness and camaraderie between coworkers. Interesting line of work. Good mentorship programs and room for growth. Flexible hours

      Cons

      Pay not as competitive as similar positions and companies in the area. Communication throughout hierarchy needed work, designers and engineers received minimal coordination from PMs. Flex hours and wfh available as needed, but no set hybrid schedule
