      PortX is a fast moving young company, where explicit direction isn't always at your finger tips, which doesn't suit everyone.

      Pros

      PortX has outstanding leadership/co-founders. The technology stack that was put together by the founders and other team members is state of the art. Good benefits, solid compensation, good work/life balance, and unlimited PTO. The team members are all willing to pitch in and help, everyone leaves their egos at the door. New ideas are encouraged and appreciated.

      Cons

      The company is not as well known as others I've worked for, so you have to be creative in getting new sales leads.
