-Disorganized, chaotic. -Gossip everywhere, by everyone. -Lazy Loan and Treasury management team. -Very unlikely to be promoted. -Lower pay that competitors. -Archaic processes, very old fashioned, poor technology. -Rate shopper paradise. -Inept Human Resources team of one.

Some staff genuinely want to help customers and improve the bank but they are vastly outnumbered.

Cons

Many micro-managing leaders, and some are mediocre and bullying to boot. Little to no processes and procedures. No onboarding/training. It’s sink or swim Technologically immature. Most front and back office staff are apathetic with minimal accountability. Mediocre benefits.
