- Very nice people - The best team and manager I could've asked for. - Supportive upper management - Lots of flexibility and room to grow - Great work-life balance
Cons
- No RSUs - Can be slow-moving as with any large company - Low than industry standard pay, but it occasionally makes up for it in annual bonuses - Laid off while the company made record profits. I would've stayed here forever if I could because I loved the mission, product, and team so much. Now every time I see my PlayStation gear, I get a pang of sadness.
