      Pros

      I do not think many companies in Cochin have a design studio, but we have here in PiServe, a design studio that does projects from service design to website designs. If someone has the right talent in the design team, they can reach heights. With just two years of experience in work, I am working on a significant Service Design project for a big brand in India.

      Cons

      There are no negatives in working at PiServe that I can think of. As is usual in a fast growing industry you will have challenges but the company equips us in handling them perfectly.
