I found the Marketing department to be a hostile work environment with a fear-based culture. The Marketing leadership team is uninspiring and do not take an active interest in the development and well-being of their employees. A lot of the time it just felt like a sweatshop. The Brand leadership lack crucial skills and experience needed to set the strategic vision and ability to inspire and motivate the rest of the team. I also found them to have very questionable ethics. If you challenge them, they will not hesitate to intentionally and maliciously set you up to fail.

Limited growth/promotion due to low turnover. From a perspective, actually would be a positive.

While an established company, Pharmavite is continuing to grow and with that comes some growing pains. There are instances where there isn't alignment across departments as well as instances of 'that meeting could've been an email'. Overall though I feel like the company is moving in the right direction

Dysfunctional, disgruntled culture that has its dis-satisfaction pacified by the consistent bonus payout each year. Not a place for progressive thought leaders who want to challenge the status quo, its a do what your told and don't question the direction you have been given management style. Marketing and Innovation team is weak which has led to stagnate, non-existent new product innovation. New open office format at HQ building is difficult to work productively in.

Manufacturing operators don't pay attention and don't follow directions.

I really don’t have any cons; this is a great place to be.

Except for sales, there is a really toxic culture. Bullies get promoted, servant leaders get PIPs. Turnout rates in marketing are insane. I think current average tenure is less than a year.
