Hello! Thank you for your feedback and taking the time to write us a review. We understand that the past year has been tough for employees as Pexip has pivoted strategy and directives. We are working really hard to make sure our employees are happy and continue to stay passionate about our goals. We have actively given merit increases and adjustments to better support and provide value to our employees. If you are unhappy with your compensation please address it with your manager or your local HR representative. We do allow employees the flexibility to work wherever they please in the US therefore employees can choose their COL as we do not require anyone to be tied to a specific location. I appreciate your feedback concerning "drinking" culture. We provide other activities and beverages at our events to cater to those who do not wish to drink.
