      Pros

      Everyone talks about culture. It's fine if you drink the Kool-aid. Work/life balance is amazing. Benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Little to no training. This is definitely a "we're here to help" but really go figure it out for yourself mentality. No raises, merit increases, or COL increases. There is a drinking culture that needs to be addressed. Too many strategy changes.

      Hello! Thank you for your feedback and taking the time to write us a review. We understand that the past year has been tough for employees as Pexip has pivoted strategy and directives. We are working really hard to make sure our employees are happy and continue to stay passionate about our goals. We have actively given merit increases and adjustments to better support and provide value to our employees. If you are unhappy with your compensation please address it with your manager or your local HR representative. We do allow employees the flexibility to work wherever they please in the US therefore employees can choose their COL as we do not require anyone to be tied to a specific location. I appreciate your feedback concerning "drinking" culture. We provide other activities and beverages at our events to cater to those who do not wish to drink. I appreciate your feedback as this is very helpful as we continue to strive to make Pexip the best place to work. If you want to offer any other feedback please reach out to your local HR Manager.

      The remote work option leaves the office with minimal people most of the time

Yes, Pexip allows employees to work in a hybrid environment that best suits their working needs which has created less traffic in the office.       Pros

      I had some really amazing people who took time to help me be successful in my role. The benefits are amazing and the ability to work remote is nice as well. Also, they take you on some nice trips!

      Cons

      Their can be a very clique vibe when you do attend something onsite and it can feel like there is some sort of favoritism for employees who go to the office. There are people who quietly do that job well and aren’t really noticed and others who make sure to rub elbows with the right people as much as possible to advance their careers and it appears to work quite well at Pexip. The company also hired a lot of people in 2021 and in 2022 let a lot of employees go. They did one set of lay offs and assured the rest of us their were not going to be anymore lay offs. Shortly after that they were laying off people here and there and then in November did another massive layoff.

You are right, we did grow our teams in 2021 and 2022 and during that growth period, followed growing pains that Pexip had to navigate and manage.
