Pros

I have to provide you with a minimum of 20 positive words about this company but all I can provide you with is, My coworkers. Today was my last day. If you need to get a job quickly then apply because they are desperate for labor.

Cons

Spent the last 7 years working for them. HR didn’t give a darn that I was leaving, I tried to Explain why I was leaving but not interested, there was no exit interview. He was more concerned he said in trying to hire on a bunch of new people for a recall. Things have really changed and for the worst! Metrics are manipulated, HR is a joke, merit increase is pennies. No support and conflicting messages. Yearly performance reviews are worthless and no Advice or guidance is given. Most jobs are going to Manila now. All of this comes down from the top. They are making cuts big time. And the people they aren’t cutting are abandoning a sinking ship. Overall moral is very bad and not just in one department but almost all of them

Pros

This company is toxic. The only pro is that it is located in central Florida if that is where you want to live.

Cons

The SDR is a program within Percepta with an average employee tenure of around 8 years. There were many people there with 10,15,20 year careers, with an average annual salary range between $60-$80K. They recently decided to eliminate our positions, which we all understand as we are business consultants by profession. The company who will be shaving off over $5million in pay-roll costs (because our jobs are being out-sourced to Mexico) and is only providing us with a one time $2,000 "retention bonus" if we stay on for 60 days while our replacements are trained". For many of us that is not even one paycheck of severance in exchange for our years of revenue driving service to this company. They also do not allow you to know what the pay range is for your own current salary grade which just screams pay inequality,

Pros

Paychecks always arrived on time. Learned alot on the automotive industry. The best day there was my last day.

Cons

Oh where do I start. Am I a disgruntled ex- employee? NO. If you need a job- by all means do what you need to, but do not expect this place to be where you can make a career. To do that you have to buddy up to unsavory people, lie to customers to the point you feel like you have violated your morals. The bad part- they will convince you those lies are the truth. You will be retaliated against for reporting illegal activities, you will be tortured by those who have the power to do so in other departments, with no repercussions for them. You will have to fight to keep your livelihood. My biggest regret.. not trusting my gut instinct to leave when I should have and falling for the hype. They do not care about you as a person, do not value your service. The environment is downright abusive in a passive aggressive way. The client is Ford- they use the CRC as a dumping ground for their bad employees . They will send in a few good ones, but it is mostly rejects that couldn't cut it elsewhere in the company. They ruin the place, encourage the favoritism and behave worse than any other company execs I have ever seen.
