Mission-driven company that understands and seeks to more deeply understand the needs of teachers and students. There are lots of opportunities for cross-functional collaboration, and leadership creates lots of venues to ask questions and provide input. Benefits are good, including unlimited PTO without feeling guilty about taking days off, and my coworkers are fun, hardworking, and smart. Also, leadership makes itself really available to listen, our CEO is very accessible, transparent, and empathetic. On the road, customers respond VERY positively to our product and content strategy, which is very rewarding.
Cons
we're moving quickly to do a lot of work, which makes sense because we work with schools and updates need to be done by the new school year, but I can see the pace might be a con for some people.
