      Pros

      Paratek was a great company to work at, the people were great and they made great promising drugs, one of which is now in phase 3.

      Cons

      Company had to focus on clinical trials and therefore decimate its research team. After a recapitalization and merger they are now a large clinical group working to get excellent drugs to market.

      Some good co-workers. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Some really great colleagues but some real toxic ones too. In 2022 it appears that most of the toxicity has been removed or left.
