      Very good working environment. Senior Engineers are very helpful and give opportunities to Junior/Mid-level staff to participate. Great learnings.

      start-up growing up to IPO. hard working driven, even in management, simple relationship among employees. technical background management and no complex office politics.

      too easy recruitment standard. hard to hire real talents. out of date development environment and design flow/concept. more and more employees with light workload and high salary pay
