      I worked at PSR for 2.5 years and it was truly a wonderful experience. Sharon Ball is one of the best leaders/mentors that I've ever had! PSR is small but mighty. They work hard to provide an excellent candidate and customer experience. I gained so much valuable experience working for PSR and used it to get into Amazon. I will always be grateful for my time at PSR and would highly recommend them to any recruiter that wants to take the next step in their career. Working for Sharon Ball will change your life! Errin Elk is also amazing and provides the best HR support in the business!

      Cons

      I can't think of any major cons to share. They are small which can be both a pro and a con depending on how you look at it. I enjoyed that aspect because it gave me the opportunity to make a real impact.
