Efficient, transparent, and supportive. I truly appreciate the company’s high standards and the people behind the process. I had a very positive experience with PSI CRO. The team was professional, supportive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Communication was clear, and their process felt organized and people-focused — something that really stood out compared to many other CROs.
Cons
As with many U.S. companies, the employment contract includes an at-will clause, meaning you can technically be terminated at any time. Additionally, because PSI is very careful about protecting their visit schedules, they preferred assigning me only non-overnight local sites, which limited flexibility for someone open to broader travel. Despite these structural limitations, my experience with PSI CRO was positive. They offer strong training, a supportive environment, and a very professional team.
