Depending on what team you work in, they offer you flexible working hours and the possiblity to work remotely For people just out of school, you learn good skills, have a lot of responsibility and ownership
Cons
Unlike their slogan, they really do like to make the simple very complex Lack of direction and vision Upper management do not keep their promises The company will treat you very bad once you decide to leave
