      Pros

      Extra paychecks when the company does well, reasonable pay rates, great Holiday parties, free nutritionist, AMAZINGly friendly executives, free food at random, company discounts at local attractions, and monthly meetings with all employees invited to go over company financials so everyone knows exactly how the company is doing.

      Cons

      Different with each department. I heard stories ranging from canceled vacations due to delays in projects, people getting written warnings for being late 3x in 6 months due to traffic jams even though they are usually 30 mins early, managers clearly having favorites, and gossipy departments that just never seem to grow up.

      Pros

      An amazing group of talented, innovative, and dedicated professionals! Extremely experienced, knowledgeable management who are very generous, fair and respectful to all. I've been employed here at Procon for over 6 years. After a long career in the construction industry, I can truly say that Pro Con is the best in the business!

      Cons

      Nothing to report, other than the usual time pressures that are unavoidable in the construction industry.

      Pros

      PROCON has a family atmosphere, friendly environment and great spaces to work in. I respect the leadership, I feel valued, I have a great team and benefits package. From nutrition classes to running groups to flu shots and chili cook-off's....can't get any better. We design and build award-winning projects to be proud of. Every person in this organization is easy to approach. I am happy to be a part of this team and hope to be here for a very long time.

      Cons

      We need a stop light at the end of our driveway..it is difficult leaving.
