Pros

Great relationship and rapport built between both team members and managers. Managers were greatly supportive and accommodating. Great moral between the entire team country wide, made the working day great as you knew you had a great support system there for you. With there being no daily in store managers, they never failed to accommodate to their best ability. They welcomed feedback and were always willing to discuss any problems or concerns with the shop floor. Overall the company is an extremely professional, but fun environment for workers.

Cons

Only issues were hours, which is nothing negative to the company, just with it being a small section located in Dunnes it is understandable that hours varied.

Pros

- Amazing group of girls to work with - Sean retail development manager

Cons

I would not recommend working here. The workplace culture is deeply toxic, with poor leadership, favoritism, and little accountability at management level. Communication is inconsistent, workloads are excessive, and employee concerns are often ignored rather than addressed. One of the biggest issues was the clear protection of certain individuals within management. I raised serious concerns about the conduct and behavior of a member of management through the proper channels, only to face retaliation afterward because the person involved was related to the owner. Instead of handling the issue professionally and fairly, the situation became hostile and uncomfortable for anyone who spoke up. This created an environment where employees felt unsafe raising legitimate concerns, knowing favoritism outweighed fairness or professionalism. Morale was extremely low, turnover was high, and many employees felt undervalued and unsupported also when issues were raised we were gaslit by owner While there are hardworking staff members trying their best, the company culture ultimately makes it difficult to grow professionally or feel respected as an employee.

Pros

Amazing bunch of sales assistant staff.

Cons

Over time, the atmosphere began to change, particularly following a change in management during my time there. What had been a supportive environment became more tense, and communication from management became less professional. There was a noticeable shift in how staff were spoken to and treated. It often felt like concerns couldn’t be raised comfortably, and situations were handled in a way that created unnecessary stress rather than resolving issues. Overall, there was a growing lack of respect and understanding towards staff. By the time I left, the environment no longer felt as positive or supportive as it had at the beginning, which ultimately influenced my decision to move on.
