Pros

Flexible PTO, great managers, high morale, and lots of recognition within team and wider company.

Cons

Salary was lower than expected, even for entry-level. Benefits were not very comprehensive.

The people are special here

Pros

Most marketing agencies have a reputation for employee overworking and burnout—not here. Leaders care about their employees well being. When a project requires extra time or work, my leaders have always been in the trenches with me to get things done. That is special!!

Cons

Since being acquired by a larger organization, benefits have changed, and not always for the better. We have better access to fertility treatments and other more specialized care. But, the costs are high — even for a basic HSA plan. We also have shifted from Responsible time off (no set number of days) to having a set number of sick, vacation, and “wellness” days. In some situations, the cost of benefits are rising faster than salaries.

Hello! You may want to double check that you tagged the right company. We don't have any part-time people in Atlanta (never have) and the Production Manager role may be for PEP Boys? All the best!

Pros

>supportive team members and staff -always approachable and wanting to help -very understanding when it comes to appointments, family matters, sick days, etc. >great company culture -holiday party’s -team bonding events for in-office employees -team happy hours for both in-office and remote workers -mentorship programs >good benefits >lots of learning Overall my experience working for pep was great. I was a remote worker the entire time and felt very connected to my team even without meeting them in person. My leaders made it a point to have individual 1:1s with team members each week, give constructive feedback, as well as always encouraging us through day-to-day tasks. I would recommend this company!

Cons

I do not have cons. The only thing I did miss out on being a remote worker was some fun events they had throughout the year that happened in-office or in the Cincinnati area but this did not take away from my experience!
