Pros
You will likely be subcontracted to another contractor & onsite there or onsite with a client so management is not involved in day to day affairs.
Cons
-Unorganized: getting basic access to email, time keeping, pay stubs, employee handbook, etc. can be daunting as there's no true on-boarding process / project specialist. -If you are onsite with another contractor or client, you will feel 'in the wind' because there is little to no communication with corporate. -Expect attitude if you have any questions. -Don't expect to be paid on time (about half of the time to be exact).
