      Nothing, employer think that they are giving salary.

      Cons

      All are cheater they will promise you a lot you will get only 50% of that. a lot of politics here, never believe in salary structure you will not get your PLI and bonus. CEO treat you as a slave, a lot of good employees already have left. they will deduct your leave when you reach 1 min late and it does not matter your outgoing time. Typical bania kind of company

      I think most of my present and former colleagues have mentioned a lot of cons. Sadly management doesn't think on working on these observations .Pathetic place to work for. Pls do not recommend oxigen to anyone not even to your enemies.
