Pros

Some talented team members with whom I enjoyed collaborating. Modern office space with basic amenities provided.

Cons

Poor management: There was a lack of technical leadership and clear direction on projects. Decisions often changed arbitrarily. Unrealistic expectations: Consistently expected to work overtime with little regard for work-life balance. Career stagnation: Few learning and growth opportunities, despite promises during the interview process. Compensation: The salary was below market standards compared to peers in similar roles. Raises were infrequent and minimal. Toxic culture: Office politics and favoritism impacted career progression and made the environment stressful.
