Systems are ancient and so very annoying at times - waiting for the promised upgrade

Unrealistic quotas (often times 50% yoy growth expectations), very little support from upper management, hard to trust anyone

Pay isn’t the best, undervalued

Favoritism, young, inexperienced legal counsel, HR needs an overhaul, old systems

For the most part, the organization and its workforce feels disorganized, lacks strategic thinking, and in some cases, tolerates and tacitly condones laziness. It takes weeks and months to make any progress on projects because only a handful of executives have the authority to approve even small steps forward, causing bottlenecks. Thus, an expert in any one area can’t truly “own” their role.

Workload is pretty heavy at times

Small portfolio, a lot of obstacles, tough patients

Steep and often unattainable quota increases. Organization as a whole is unorganized and they do not have great communication across the organization. Not much room for promotions.

Car reimbursements could be better, pay could be better compared to industry standards.
