If you’re a “yes man”, if you have no self respect, if you like being walked over this is the place for you.
The environment – is male dominated with little to no cultural diversity which allows for lines to not only to be crossed but to be pretty much erased. HR hit the snooze button on this one a looong time ago so if you’re female looking for opportunities I would highly encourage you to stay away from this cesspool.
Middle Management – is only interested in maintaining their position until retirement. They favor a “you’re on your own attitude” and knowledge workers will be expected to fend for themselves in a highly politically charged atmosphere. No direction, no project management skills, let the BS rain.
Company culture – what company culture? There is no motivation from upper management, no presence, no dialogue. People at the company are starved for basic affirmation and someone is always ready to throw you under the bus or take credit for your efforts to advance their own position. Morale is the lowest I’ve seen in any company I’ve worked for.
Compensation – is decent but below average.
