      Pros

      Company is doing great. Flexibility of work hours. A lot of amazing people work there.

      Cons

      - The people who call the shot are not smart (to say the least), the make decision that helps them and ignore the good people who are out at the field. - Avg. salaries - Lack of procedures - Below avg. benefits

      Bad attitude to employees. Almost half of the company (including good people) left, and employees keep leaving.
