      - Great products with massive growth potential - Diverse and open minded culture where everybody can give their opinion freely - Ambitious and driven company with great clients - Fully remote company with monthly wellness budget and 2 company meetings per year - Diverse company - there is room for everybody with an open mind and a real drive to grow the company - Respect everybody lifestyle with flexibility for people with kids/family - Competitive salaries (for a start-up) with stock option scheme

      Cons

      - Fully remote companies are not for everybody - Fast growing start-ups requires autonomy and it takes a certain personality to work there

      Pros

      Average work / life balance. Good coworkers who mean well. Diverse professional backgrounds of employees. Remote work policy and strong annual leave policy.

      Cons

      Unprepared and inexperienced leadership driving the company into the ground. They have jumped at many opportunities thus sidetracking many projects and processes just to take care of a potential customer. The product tries to be too many things without doing anything great. Endless product issues and shortcomings. Many key role redundancies for product and customer facing teams in the last 6 months.
