We recognise the importance of morale and transparency in fostering a healthy workplace. Leadership is committed to clear communication and creating a culture where team members feel supported, heard, and confident in the company’s direction. We obtain ongoing feedback through our employee engagement app and recently completed the annual People survey. The changes we have been able to implement from employee feedback have seen our eNPS score increase steadily in recent months and is the highest it has been in 9 months.
