      Micromanagement and insecurity

      Good people. Great potential. Good existing customer base.

      Cons

      Constantly changing priorities. Middle management are in over their heads. Hired experienced CSMs because none of the existing staff know about customer success, but then ignore all the suggestions the external CSMs have.

      Flexible working environment. Self regulated team. Lots of technical areas to learn.

      Cons

      Understaffed and new senior management bad decisions has lead lot of experienced, important employees to leave. Too often company reorg.

      Pros

      Nice guys on the UK team, willing to help new starters as much as possible but this has an expiry naturally.

      Cons

      Low package. Pretty much zero training and onboarding. Designated a "buddy" to assist with both. EMEA VP can change your comp pan in a heartbeat. If your not an enterprise rep you essentially don't exist. Deal desk closes at 10pm GMT with zero assistance
